
Albert is currently the Managing Partner
of Lim & Lim. He spent the earlier part of his career
in the banking industry as an in-house legal officer before
being called back into practice in early 1982 when he was
offered a partnership post in Lim & Lim. Albert's specialization
lies in the areas of property, banking and corporate law.
The years he has spent in the practice of conveyancing has
gained him a firm standing in this area of law and respect
among his peers in the field. Albert also regularly oversees
corporate matters and contentious and non-contentious probate
cases as well as the administration of estates. He has also
been appointed a Notary Public and Commissioner of Oaths.

Sarbjit is a Senior Partner of Lim
& Lim. He joined the firm shortly after being called
to the Bar in 1984 and has been with the firm ever since.
Sarbjit specializes in commercial litigation and arbitration
and now heads up the litigation department of the firm.
He has handled a wide range of cases from construction disputes
to defamation suits. He also receives instructions from
time to time to act as counsel for matters handled by other
law firms. In 1997, Sarbjit successfully completed a course
in arbitration law and practice, which was conducted by
the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Singapore Institute
of Arbitrators and has since conducted several arbitration
matters.
